SYNOPSIS (WHAT IT'S ABOUT)

Satoshi Kon is a great anime director who has created great works such as Paranoia Agent, Tokyo Godfathers, Millennium Actress, and Perfect Blue. Paranoia Agent is Kon's first anime series about people who have been backed into a mental corner and can't escape until a bat weilding, roller skating boy, dubbed Lil' Slugger (Shounen Bat - in Japanese) by the media, sets them free from their own endless void. But is this boy real or just a lie to relieve stress from these people's lives? Two detectives set out to find the truth, but only one person knows the truth.
